Amélie's Talk

Language of design

Tuesday, 12 March — 10:15

We talk about the power of design to drive conversation, but what about our language and expectations changes or modifies that conversation? In what ways does our use of language cause confusion, harm, or innovation? In this talk, we explore a brief history of design and then talk about the ways in which you can better employ language to shape the world around you and be a better designer.
